I hadn’t heard of AmazonSmile before now, but it’s a great program that lets you to support your favourite charity while you shop Amazon.com. You get access to Amazon’s normal selection, prices and shopping experience, but Amazon donates 0.5% of your purchase price to the charity of your choice. What could be easier?
A percentage of your sales will be donated to Royal Potcake Rescue any time you shop through AmazonSmile.
As an added bonus just for today, however, Amazon will contribute $5 per purchase to RPR. You get stuff you were going to buy anyway, and the potcake rescue program gets $5. It’s a real win-win.
A reminder also that there are only 4 days left to donate to the Indiegogo online fundraiser supporting the upcoming potcake spay/neuter clinic in Marsh Harbour, Abaco. If you can contribute – even if it’s just a few dollars – please do!

Because there was not currently anything on my Amazon “wish list” I opted to make a donation tonight directly to RPR, through their Indiegogo link, for the upcoming clinic. Please let people know that if they opt to receive a t-shirt as a thank you gift, via that link, there is NOWHERE in the donation process I found to designate the style or size t-shirt. I sent Judy and crew a message to that effect but don’t want others to have the same problem. I sincerely hope I just wasn’t catching all the bells, whistles, necessary clicks, etc. to make my choice.
Looks like they are struggling, as usual, to fund this clinic. I appreciate your efforts to get the word out there and really hope people step up to help in the next couple of days.
