Abaco Sun Magazine Featured on Creative Nassau Radio Show

As if the past two weeks weren’t already exciting enough, I received an email from Creative Nassau co-founder and president, Pam Burnside, inviting me to be a guest on their Creative Nassau radio show.

As part of Creative Nassau’s mission to showcase Bahamian arts, culture and heritage, Pam and CN vice-president Patricia (Patti) Glinton-Meicholas host a weekly radio show, focusing on Bahamian cultural and creative issues and news.

So last week I had a chat with Patti and her guest co-host (and husband) Neko Meicholas. We talked about Abaco Sun Magazine, Tom’s and my adventures in restoring Fish Hooks Cottage, and of course, Abaco’s ongoing recovery.

The Creative Nassau show airs tomorrow night, 1 November, on Island FM 102.9 at 7:00pm Eastern Daylight Time, and repeats Sunday, 6 November at 5:00pm EDT.

If you’re not within Island FM’s listening area, you can tune in online at those times. And if you miss it, I believe a recording of the program should be available here after it airs.

Thank you to Neko and Patti for being warm and gracious hosts, and for giving me the opportunity to share the word about Abaco and Abaco Sun.
